UK Delivery 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours depending on how busy our warehouse is - please let us know if your order is urgent & we’ll help!

Free delivery on orders over £90 (2 or more tees)

Track using the tracking number sent to your email/mobile number (if you gave us this on placing your Order). Royal Mail will also have options if you aren't in for the delivery.

UPS Express (1-2 days) £17 - excludes customs duty/fees
UPS Standard (3-4 days) £15 - excludes customs duty/fees
Free delivery when you order 2 or more tees - excluding customs duty/fees

EU: Portugal/Denmark/Italy/Poland/Sweden:
UPS Express (1-2 days) £22 - excludes customs duty/fees
UPS Standard (3-4 days) £15 - excludes customs duty/fees
Free delivery when you order 3 or more tees - excluding customs duty/fees

United States:
UPS Express (3-4 days) £35 - excludes customs duty/fees
Free delivery when you order 3 or more tees - excluding customs duty/fees

Rest of world:
UPS Express (5-6 days) £45 - excludes customs duty/fees
Free delivery when you order 3 or more tees - excluding customs duty/fees

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duty fees and so these must be paid for by the customer.

Refund & Exchanges

We really hope you love your tee(s) but if something isn't quite right you can return for a refund or exchange.

Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your order with your Order details and Refund/Exchange request to hello@foanlondon.com and we'll get back to you with the Return next steps. 

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags in place, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your original Order dispatch note or email confirmation of the Order. 

Please note as we're currently a small business we're not able to cover the postage cost of returns, we recommend sending these using a tracked service to ensure we receive the parcel. Once received and inspected, you items will be exchanged or refunded excluding the return postage. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If we are sending you an exchange back out we'll cover this second shipping fee.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to get the return back to us. 

If you're looking to swap sizing and are concerned something may go out of stock, we recommend making a new separate order and sending back the first order for a refund.

Damages & Issues

We inspect every order before it is dispatched but please contact us immediately on receipt of your order if your item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will endeavour to rectify the issue immediately.
